The engine of e-commerce is at the product information release place. My purpose is to release as much information as possible. In this regard, our company has a copywriter who is responsible for writing product information. If the product function differentiation is very small, a special copy should be written according to each function. When a large amount of information is released, customer feedback will come back. At this time, the e-commerce team is responsible for summarizing the feedback information, and sending the summary information to the e-commerce customer department in time for them to follow up. In order to strive for timeliness, the connection between them is mainly achieved through "trade links".


Because my customers are all introduced through the network, so the link of going out to pull business is omitted. It is precisely because of the omission of this link that I not only saved a lot of money, but also across the country, with customers from all over the country. What's more, I'm glad that the foreign trade e-commerce team I set up got off to a good start, and the first order brought back more than 100000 orders, which showed me the broad prospects of foreign trade.


In addition to networking, telephone is also essential for the company to achieve efficient operation. The company should ensure that every employee has a telephone to facilitate communication with customers and colleagues. When answering the phone, make a good record of the call, for example, ask the caller how they found us, and then provide it to the E-commerce Department through "Tradelink" after statistics, so that they can quickly adjust and improve the way of releasing information.


In the successful e-commerce operation, we must find some highlights of "people have no me, people have my best", otherwise it will not work if there is no paper case written so well. Over the years of operating e-commerce, I have summed up a crucial experience, that is, to maintain the coordination of the team, because the uncoordinated team will affect the operation of the whole company.


For example, the customer department is responsible for contacting the target customers, who will answer the product related issues for the customers. If there are unanswerable questions, they will quickly transfer the questions to the engineering department, and the technical engineering personnel will be responsible for answering them in detail.
