Qingyuan intends to carry out a comprehensive renovation of the 26 printing and dyeing industries in the whole city. The planning period is from 2016 to 2020. According to the EIA publicity, the comprehensive planning of printing and dyeing industry in the city has a total of 26 printing and dyeing industries within the administrative area of Qingyuan (19036 square kilometers).

According to the planning plan, there are 9 printing and dyeing enterprises needing to enter the relocation and resettlement area, including the Qingyuan Zhenyu dyeing and finishing Co., which has been built in the resettlement area, and the 7 enterprises of qingfusheng Knitting Co., Ltd. and Qingyuan economic development zone.

Therefore, the production scale of the resettlement area should be designed according to the total production scale of the 9 enterprises. If the product category and the total design capacity of the boiler are not increased, the reclaimed water rate of the enterprises in the resettlement area will be increased to reduce the amount of wastewater discharge.

The total planned land area of the planned relocation and resettlement area is 263694m2 (about 395.5 mu), with a total construction area of 860809.49m2, including A plots and B plots.

Among them, the land area of the A plot is 189377.85m2 (about 284 mu), and the plot area of the B plot is 74316.15m2 (about 111.5 mu).

The A plot is located in Longwan village, Taiping Town, Qingshui District, Qingyuan. The B plot is currently a vacant area, located in Qingyuan, Qingxing District, Taiping Town, star village.

After the implementation of the plan, some printing and dyeing enterprises were shut down or upgraded in situ (2 printing and dyeing enterprises were shut down at the end of 2016, 9 enterprises were relocated to the resettlement area for centralized management, and the remaining 15 printing and dyeing enterprises were upgraded in situ according to their original reservation conditions).
