SZ) announced that the company disclosed the announcement of Ningxia Zhongyin cashmere Co., Ltd. on purchasing 100% equity of Beijing Junlan Investment Co., Ltd. on September 10, 2020, the company purchased 100% equity of Beijing Junlan Investment Co., Ltd. (Beijing Junlan) held by Meng Xiangjun with its own funds of 30 million yuan. After the acquisition, Beijing Junlan will become a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company.
On September 14, 2020, the company has completed the acquisition in accordance with the equity transfer agreement, and the receivables debtor of Beijing Junlan has fully repaid the receivables of RMB 30 million according to the equity transfer agreement. Beijing Junlan's industrial and commercial change registration procedures have been completed, and the company holds 100% of the shares.
